Sungur ko Masu ra Taama (Pork with Bamboo Shoot)



Ingredients
Pork - 1 kg
Bamboo shoot (dry) - 50 gms
Chilli powder - 2 Tbs
Salt - to taste
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 2 medium size finely chopped
Tomato - 3 large




Process:
Soak bamboo shoot mimimum 20 mins then boil and drain, keep aside.
Put pork in a thick bottom pot, and heat till it turns brown and oil comes out from it. 

Then put the heat to medium low, add ginger, garlic, onions , tomato, stir well and cover.
After about 10 minutes, add salt and chili powder, and dry bamboo shoot mix well.
Cover, and continue cooking in medium low heat... stirring in between, when the meat becomes tender, add little water for the gravy.
Pput back heat to high, bring it to a boil and then lower the heat, and let it cook for about 10 mins. (adjust water,salt, chili to your taste)
