Pork Rice and Sesame Seed




Ingredients:


Preparation:
  1. Wash the rice properly and keep aside.
  2. Heat the teel and grind to make paste
  3. Heat the oil in a flat bottomed pan, sauté the bay leaves, onions, ginger paste, turmeric and black pepper, sesame (teel) paste and fry till the oil separates.
  4. Add the pork pieces and fry for sometime till light brown.
  5. Add the pre-washed rice and fry for 2-3 minutes, then add salt.
  6. Add 4 cups of water and simmer till cooked.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
