Pork Aloo


Ingredients

1 Lb pork belly...
2 medium sized potato cubed
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato chopped
pinch of turmeric powder
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
1 tbs mixed masala (garam masala)
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tbs oil
cilantro to garnish

Cooking method:
Heat the cooking oil and add onion, fry until golden brown. Add pork and fry for 5 min in low heat. Add potato cubes and fry for another 2 minute. Now add turmeric and salt .cover and cook for two minutes.
Keep stirring and do not add water. Now add chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are fully cooked (3-5 minute).
Garnish with cilanthro/coriander leaves and serve with lemon slices that will help to enhance the taste bud as well cut the fats.
