Ingredients
Sidra (small dry fish): 5-6 (use anchovies found in any Asian store).
Onion medium sized: 1
Green chillies: 2
Red chillies: 1 (Dalley)
Salt: to taste
Method
Just make sure that your fan is on, your neighbors are out, so that they will not be upset with the smell
Chop an onion into fine pieces
Char (barbecue) the dry fish and green chillies on top of a flame properly.
Mash it up with the onion, charred chillies , season with a little salt, some really hot ground red dalle chilly.
Enjoy with some steamed rice.
